Asset Loan Solutions LLC is owned by Brent Kline who is a native of Chillicothe for more than 40 years.  The company is headed up by Roger Bernskoetter, a 31 year resident of Chillicothe who has been in business in the area since 1978.

The company if founded on some basic principals that guide us in our daily operation.  The call to help people succeed is the highest calling anyone can answer.  We are here simply to answer a need for people who have vision but need assistance from experienced people.  

Asset Loan Solutions is a product of our own experience as business owners and entrepreneurs in Chillicothe.  It is our desire to work with people with good ideas and with other local lenders who are committed to making our community stronger.
